What gets used
The quoting app is meant to work from the information you already use to prepare a quote: client names, window measurements, selected product types, pricing tables, discount logic, and short internal notes.
Why it is used
That information is used only to calculate quotes, generate quote pages or PDFs, and configure the quoting logic for your shop.
What to send for setup
If you email a price table, screenshots, or one example job for setup, that material is used to map your quoting process into the app. It is not meant to be published or used outside that setup work.
