Workflow tool
From field measurements to production sheets.
Capture windows, assign styles, apply your shop's rules, and generate the material cut list without rebuilding everything by hand.
Send your workflowField
Field
Create orders, rooms, windows, and measurement records from the site visit.
Pre-production
Pre-production
Fill in fabric details, hardware choices, and job-specific specs after the visit.
Production
Production
Generate calculated cut lists and PDF sheets from the window data and rules.
Configure
Configure
Define styles, materials, formulas, and conditional rules for how your shop works.
The rules engine
Material = base value + conditional adjustments.
The core model is simple: StyleTemplate defines the rules, each OrderWindow supplies the job data, and the app produces ProductionRow outputs that are ready for the workshop.
Numerical example
Numerical materials use a base formula and then adjust when conditions match.
| Track Length | Window Width |
|---|---|
| If Mount = Outside | + 5 cm |
| If another condition applies | Add or subtract more |
Categorical example
Categorical materials do not need math. They use fixed values that can be selected or assigned by rules.
| Headrail Colour | White / Black / Silver |
|---|---|
| Assignment | Picked directly or assigned by a matching rule |
| Shop setup | Configured through structured inputs, not code |
Why it matters
Every shop has slightly different rules.
This app is built around that reality. It does not assume every curtain shop handles styles, materials, surcharges, deductions, or production notes in the same way.
The setup is meant to preserve shop-specific logic and make it easier to repeat, not flatten it into a one-size-fits-all workflow.
Example configuration table
| Inputs | Width, Height, Mount, Opening, Style |
|---|---|
| Track Length | Width |
| Fabric Width | Width - 2.3 cm |
| If Mount = Outside | Track Length + 5 cm |
| If Style = Zebra | Fabric Width - 2.3 cm |
Setup process
You send the rough process. I map it, send back a clean confirmation table, and load the workflow for your shop.
Step 1
Email the rough workflow
Field measurements, production notes, formulas, and exceptions can be sent as plain text, spreadsheets, or screenshots.
Step 2
Confirm the mapped version
I convert that into clear inputs, materials, formulas, and conditional rules, then send it back for review.
Step 3
Open the app already configured
Your account starts with your own style templates and rule structure instead of a blank setup screen.
